I too have a peanut butter cookie recipe that is sort of top secret; I found it in a Amish cookbook. They are so good that I have able to make extra money baking and selling them. Yes, they are calorie heavy, rich and filling so I tell everyone who eats them to not over indulge. I don’t eat them myself…way too fattening. I prefer PBJ.
